Hollyhock Seeds

Just like the beloved Foxglove, Hollyhocks are also adored by many cottage gardeners. They look great when planted as a backdrop plant, or along fences and driveways, and even alongside your home. The plant formation of Hollyhocks are also reminiscent of Foxglove in the sense that they tower to heights of 4+ feet tall. The blooms are either bell shaped or ruffled in appearance, and come in all sorts of colors.
Hollyhock plants are considered biennial flowering plants, which means that they will grow quickly the first year, but will not flower until the second year. For successful blooms every year, we recommend sowing new seeds yearly.
